「Sapporo2122 feat.UCCN and TAPPY」

2023/video/3:27

A world where street cars fly in the sky and humans and robots live together. This city depicts the city of Sapporo in the year 2122.
As you go through the city with Tappy, the mascot character of the Higashi Ward, you will see pictures of various cities posted everywhere.
These are advertisements for the 17 member cities of the UNESCO Creative City Network (UCCN) media arts field. They express that Sapporo will maintain a friendly network with each city and that "heritage,"such as cultural assets and human resources, will be preserved even 100 years from now.

UNESCO CREATIVE CITIES NETWORK 10-YEAR MEMBERSHIP ANNIVERSARY COLLABORATIVE PROJECT MEDIA ARTS CITIES OF THE FUTURE PROJECT

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Sapporo's UCCN membership, the "Media Arts City of the Future" project was implemented as a collaborative project with other media arts cities.
This project was based on the CG video depicting Sapporo's landscape 100 years from now which was created as part of "Creative Knock 2022," a media arts human resources development project conducted by the city of Sapporo. Pictures from each city depicting "what I would like to leave behind 100 years from now"were incorporated into the video, creating a brand new CG video.
